Friday! Yay!

This marks the end of the first week back at the gym! It feels good to be back lifting weight, albeit, small weights!

Yesterdays run earned me some bonus calories, but, I still stayed under 1,700.

The workout this morning:

I am starting to get more comfortable with the bench press as I finally managed to use one 25lb weight on each side. Next week should see a progression to 35lbs on each side and then, 45lbs. on each side. That should do until I hear from the Doctor to get the OK to start using more weight.

Tomorrow morning is a 15-mile run…if all goes well! My leg has recovered as I don’t foresee any problems, with the exception of the impending cold front!
