As you can see, two salads were added to the diet. The results can only be classified as “explosive diarrhea”!

Now, on to the first part of Bloody Sunday! Sunday morning golf.

I finally got the GolfLogix range finder/score card to work on my phone. The good news is that it tells you, after deciphering the numbers, your weak area. Unfortunately, I don’t need these features as I was there! Out of 18 holes, I managed to find 14 sand traps! The good news is that this is great practice for sand play! I did manage to get one “sandie” which would eventually, help the team. It appears that I did just enough at the right time to help win the match as we won $6.00. Although I shot poorly, I did manage to make some good shots when they were needed. The two pars on the par threes on the back nine also resulted in $2.00 as they were closest to the pin, a “greenie”.

Speaking of the par threes, on the first par three on the front nine, I picked up my ball and whatever is bouncing around in my left knee, reared its ugly head and my knee was completely locked up. I nearly fell down. Being the champion that I am, I “walked it off” and finished play. As of now, I have had a glass of wine and one Malibu and Sierra Mist cocktail along with an ice pack. Hopefully, I will be able to run/work out tomorrow morning.

The golflogix app for the phone, while very good, is a battery hog! I only had 15% of battery life left when I finished the round. Although the GolfPad app has limited features, it only uses 40% battery, so, I will be using that to keep score from now on.

The food diary will be posted tomorrow and I suspect due to the alcohol I plan on ingesting today, the weight measurement will be higher than the 230 pounds it was this morning.

Tonight is sloppy joes for dinner, so, I suspect tomorrows weigh in will be even higher. It doesn’t matter as long as my knee cooperates and I can get to the gym tomorrow.
