The weekend wrap-up!

It would appear that a full two days of pressure cleaning has not only aided in the weight loss, but, tuckered me out!

Sunday morning weigh-in: 231 pounds. Next week will be a big step up in the training and should lead to more weight loss.

Today, was a big carbohydrate day and, I feel like crap! Not bloated, just sluggish. We will see what the scale says tomorrow!

Tomorrow is a full day. The 5:00 am workout followed by a full day of work.

The cardio workout will be 30 minutes or 2 miles, which ever comes first. Followed by a chest and arms workout.

By Friday, I hope to run 5 miles on the treadmill. If I can do that, non-stop, then I will start running  for real, in the neighborhood. This will put me a full two weeks ahead of my schedule.  This will be a big week if all goes well!! 🙂
