Tuesday…off day…..:)

I was going to go to the gym this morning, but, there were things that had to be done around the home and, I have to do an inspection later on today, so, I am taking the day off! I feel so bad…………………..NOT! ūüôā

We will start with yesterdays food diary:

As you can see, I forgot to eat breakfast! No worries, the No-Xplod got me through the first inspection, then, the Isopure shake got me through the rest of the day along with some spiral cut ham from Easter diner.

What isn’t on¬†the¬†food diary is dessert at Carrabbas. The John¬†Cole¬†dessert with two scoops of Blue Bell ice¬†cream, caramel, and roasted pecans, may have exceeded some of the numbers!

The good news is that the bloating and everything else that goes along with ingesting gluten for me, has “passed”!

This mornings weight was 234 pounds, so, by the end of the week, I should weigh 230, or at least that is the goal. I have a lot of work to do around the house which should burn quite a few calories. The work in question will be detailed later on this week.

One quick note, on one of this blogs followers blogs, they were asking about what bike everyone owned. I posted a response, but, couldn’t post a picture, so, here is the picture of¬†the¬†Schwinn¬†Trailways bike. The first picture is the¬†bike¬†ready for the “Tour de Bar” and the second is¬†with¬†the trailer for¬†Marshall¬†at the Tour de Cure for diabetes.

Note the exotic milk crate for carrying the cooler and other “essentials”! ūüôā

And now, the new and improved carrying device, the Topeka slide on case with saddlebags!

Tonight’s food diary will be posted tomorrow morning along¬†with¬†the workout, which should be a mile and a half run followed by back and shoulders….but you never know what I’ll do next!! ūüôā
