The weight this morning is 235 pounds! Ugggg!!! No worries, I am sure that will come off right after a workout.

Unfortunately, our son, Marshall, had a 102 degree fever yesterday so he is going to the doctor today. Guess who else has a headache, sore throat, and a fever? As our son is staying home from school, so I will not be able to work our until tonight…if at all. I was going to go this morning early, but, my left knee didn’t want to move! It didn’t hurt when I went to bed last night! I suspect, having a 17 pound cat laying on your legs while you are trying to sleep, may have had something to do with the pain!! Thanks Sophia!

I will have to see what the doctor says about Marshall and then, plan accordingly. If there is a workout, it will be posted later tonight.
