Thursday update…trouble:(

Today was a day of rest, paying bills and mowing the lawn. It was also time to clean out the boat and start her up.

The good news, another pound was lost bring the weight to 233! The calorie intake is hovering near 1,500 which is the goal.

And now, the bad news….after I finished mowing the lawn, there was a slight pain in my left knee. The pain has gotten worse and there is slight swelling. Tonight will be spent with ice and icy-hot on my knee. Hopefully, I will be able to go to the gym tomorrow as I have a “big” event planned.

Tomorrow will be an interesting day..at least I hope it will!
