Legs…..maybe not!

This morning I woke up to greet a familiar friend…………………………..pain and swelling in my left knee! I am icing it down, and it is better. I will forgo the gym workout today and instead, mow the lawn. That is always good for some cardio. I suspect the knee will recover and I’ll be back in the gym tomorrow.

In the meantime, I have lost 2 pounds which is the weeks goal. We will see what I weigh Friday. I was searching for a way to track my food intake and training and I found this App and website called My Fitness Pal. This app and website are great!

This will be it for today.

Tomorrow is back and shoulders day and a light cardio workout similar to Monday.
